Grisly Tales From Tumblewater is heading out on the road after a rip-roaring run at The Edinburgh Fringe.
The tale of a determined orphan, a satchel full of spine-chilling stories and a whole lot of rain, the show is like Dickens crossed with Roald Dahl via Horrible Histories with laughs, frights and live music:
Bringing to life a whole, bizarre town with only a stepladder as his set, Edward Jaspers, co-writer of Hamlet! The Musical performs this one-man adaptation of Bruno Vincent's deliciously dark novel directed by Caroline Horton.
