Learn about the amazing qualities of seaweeds, their diverse flavours and versatility in the kitchen.
Rachel has been teaching foraging, with a special interest in seaweeds since 2007, and is renown for her accessible and inspiring approach. She is the author of Seaweed Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (2016), and Wild Food Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (2015).
