In this visual talk and slideshow, Rachel will introduce edible seaweeds; the how, why, when and what of our Cornish waters.

From sugar kelp to gutweed, from soups, to desserts, expect a colourful, inspiring presentation.

Rachel Lambert’s latest book Seaweed Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (2016), won a National Award in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards (2017) in the category: Fish.

Her book has been described as “an intimate voyage to the beaches and sea.

It is well written, and useful.” (President of the Jury, Gourmand World Cookbook Awards).
