The Jane Slade Project
Come and find out about this new project to build a ship in the style of the one that inspired Daphne du Maurier.
Dr Helen Doe, maritime historian, will give a talk about the original ship, why it was so important to Fowey and the many links with the novel, The Loving Spirit.
Sean Mclaughlin, project coordinator, will explain the idea behind the project and the plans to make it succeed.
Join us to be moved and enthused about a very special project to recreate this famous ship that will inspire new generations.
50% of the net proceeds from this event will go to the Jane Slade project.
