In Tehidy Woods, North Cliffs
With brilliant new stories for 2020.
Spring is in the air!
Wild Spring Hare is an adventure for spring, an eruption of imagination, a twisting of paths, a collection of tales and a quest for life’s hidden treasures (which may include chocolate!).

“Immersive theatre at its best” (West Briton); Step into a world of mermaids and enchanted explorers, of giants and brave children, of fire spirits and hopeful magic, of mischievous goblins and breathtaking beauty.
“Primal storytelling” (What’s On Cornwall); Wild Spring Hare is immersive theatre that tells spellbinding tales to excite imaginations of all ages.

Come join Rogue Theatre deep in the woods of Tehidy, North Cliffs this Easter for an immersive trail like no other, taste the excitement in the air, let your imagination lead you into nature’s dream and discover the wild new world of Spring.

From the creators of Winter Wood, Wild Woodland Summer Ball and Dead of Night Dance, comes this brilliant adventure in the woods among the bluebell glades and the singing birds.
Lose yourselves in the wild wood and find yourselves in even wilder tales, collect the clues and follow the Hare to the Woodland King.
He’ll be waiting at the heart of the woods with more stories and a chocolate Easter treat for everyone!

She first appeared to me in a dream,
And then each following day more and more,
In the most unexpected of places,
By the boats on the quay by the shore
And in the eve she’d follow and find me,
Where the town meets the trees and the sky
Her whiskers shivered as she whispered,
“Follow Me” with a glint in her eye.

Wild Spring Hare is designed for Families, Adults & Children and involves an adventure on woodland paths.
There are seats along the way and seating at the Heart of the Woods where Rogue’s refreshment tent will be serving hot drinks, cold drinks, beer, wine & cider, hot cross buns, snacks and, of course, Wild Woodland Stew from a bubbling cauldron.  (There are toilets here too!)

The adventure takes place 3 times a day (1.00pm, 3.30pm and 6.00pm) on the following dates:

April Fri.3rd, Sat.4th, Sun. 5th (no show on Mon. 6th)
April Tues.7th, Wed.8th, Thurs.9th, Fri.10th, Sat.11th, Sun.12th and Mon.13th

(Each show lasts about 2 hours).

There are 4 Story Areas along the path and a main gathering place at the Heart of the Woods.
There are shelters at all of the storytelling areas and our big stretch canvas at the Heart of the Woods though you will be adventuring through the open woodland, so come prepared.
Bring a warm coat, wellies if it has been raining and, of course, a sense of adventure.
The path twists and turns and is bumpy under foot but should be fine for a rugged buggy!
The show will go ahead whatever the weather.
