Dolly Parton's '9 to 5' the Musical
‘9 to 5 the Musical’ is the story of three female co-workers who, after forming an unlikely friendship, devise a plan to take revenge on their “sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot” of a boss.
However after a miraculous turn of events, the three heroines seize control of the office, changing life at the company for good.
Based on the hit 1980’s film with music and lyrics by the legendary Dolly Parton, ‘9 to 5 the Musical’ is an outrageous, hilarious, and at times thought-provoking story which features some show stopping musical numbers including ‘Change It’, ‘Shine Like The Sun’ and of course the title song ‘Nine to Five’.
