The Pirates of St Piran are a fantastic, re-enactment group who entertain and enthral young and old alike with their mixture of sea shanties, sword fighting displays and dramatic presentations.
Expect the romance and drama of the high seas during the golden age of 18th century piracy with this motley crew

Almost certainly Launceston’s most famous son, Charles Causley is recognised as one of the greatest poets the nation ever had.
With names like Sir Andrew Motion, Dr Alan Kent, Peter Edwards and Penelope Shuttle appearing at the festival his genius inspires, the cream of the country’s writing talent will again be in Charles Causley’s home town this summer.
