Bluebells and Birds
David Hall, founder of Wild Roseland, will lead a circular walk around Messack.
Starting at the layby opposite the sign to Messack Farm, the walk begins
on footpaths across farmland into Messack Woods, which at this time of
year, is full of bluebells and bird song.
The walk takes us past the mighty Messack Oak alongside the Carrick Roads to Messack Point then back through fields above the wood.
Parts of the walk are quite steep and likely to be wet so please wear appropriate footwear.
Sorry, no dogs as there is usually livestock in the fields.
