An early silent masterpiece by director Antony Asquith, son of Herbert Asquith, Prime Minister during the early years of World War 1.

The film’s cleverly woven plot involves an escaped convict, a love triangle, jealousy and hairdressing!

Five piece band Wurlitza's eclectic live soundtrack includes music by Beethoven, Satie, Credence Clearwater, Tom Waits, Coldplay and Blondie.

If you haven't yet had the Wurlitza experience, it comes highly recommended – always a crowdpleaser at Calstock Arts!

Doors & Licensed Bar from 7.00pm, start time 8.00pm.
The event ends about 9.45pm.  Plenty of time to catch the train back to Plymouth. Calstock Arts is only a few minutes walk from Calstock Rail Station
