Mediterranean Cooking for Diabetics
Robin is best known for his role as Captain Ross Poldark in the original BBC classic series.
He then returned to play a cameo in the recent smash hit adaptation of Poldark and will be returning for the second series in 2016.
As well as his acting career, Robin has always been a passionate cook.
Mediterranean Cooking for Diabetics is a fully revised edition of his hugely successful Delicious Dishes for Diabetics based on Mediterranean cuisine - one of the healthiest in the world.
Robin shares his lifetime collection of healthy and simple recipes especially selected and adapted for people wishing to control or prevent Type 2 diabetes.
Diagnosed with the condition, Robin explains the strategic changes he made in what he eats and how he prepares his food that allowed him to bring his glucose levels down sufficiently to avoid taking medication for six years.
