Date: Saturday 21st November 2020
A fundraising event, on behalf of the St Austell Arts Centre
“Cool For Cats”
“Up The Junction”
“Take Me I'm Yours”
A unique opportunity to join the multi-award-winning songwriter/lyricist and co-founder of Squeeze, Chris Difford live from the comfort of your own sofa, with all proceeds going to the St Austell Arts Centre.
In Chris's own words:
“Each day I hear about venues on the verge of closing down, dark stages haunt all actors and musicians.
The clock is ticking.
Live music venues have been my home for over 40 years so it makes sense for me to reach out from my Writers Garden and see what can be done.
We will be playing for the St. Austell Arts Centre, on Saturday, 21st November with full support and all the usual banter.”
Previous special guests who have joined me in my garden shed: Shawn Colvin and Nile Rodgers, Don McClean, Yungblud and Julia Fordham. Stephen Fry, Midge Ure and Bob Harris, Beth Nielsen Chapman and Robert Vincent. Chris Wood and Kathryn Williams, Elvis Costello and Kimmie Rhodes. John Lloyd Judith Owen and Julia Fordham.
We look forward to seeing you.”
