Alfred Wallis (1855 - 1942) was a naive artist who lived and worked in St.Ives.
Study a little of his life and working methods, and take inspiration as a basis for your own artwork.
Zoe Eaton/Pete Giles will lead you into making your own painting, drawing on the styles, themes, techniques and colours of Alfred Wallis.
This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, and complete novices!

Barnoon Workshop is a dedicated space for arts and crafts activities in the heart of St Ives in Cornwall
It is surrounded by stunning scenery, overlooking Porthmeor Beach, and a short walk from Tate St Ives, the Babara Hepworth Museum, beaches and shops.
Our Workshops are led by experienced professionals, in a relaxed an informal atmosphere. They're usually available for all ages and abilities. Ticket prices include all the materials for the workshop.
