Grade II* Anchor Studio, Newlyn, is one of the oldest artist’s studios in the country, and architect Rolfe Kentish will describe the recent renovation project.
The listed building was built in 1888 by Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes, and then bought by John Wells in 1947, who left it to the Borlase Smart John Wells Trust in 2002.
