Sorry this event has sold out - other dates are available
An interactive theatrical experience celebrating the lives of Cornish miners serving on the front line during the First World War.
This unique theatrical experience simulates life in the trenches – you become a soldier.
The experience will culminate in the mess tent, where you will discover the real-life fate of your assigned character, in a fascinating exhibition curated by the National Trust.
It is essential that you wear sturdy footwear as the terrain is uneven. And bring warm clothing!
‘If you thought theatre was just about finding a comfortable seat in a warm room for a couple of hours, while watching actors on a stage portraying a story - think again. There's a lot more to it!’
BBC on the Collective's 2005 production "Nelson: Love and War".
