The Inner Harbour, Charlestown
At the Historic Port of Charlestown we offer:
Bike storage, for those of you arriving by pedal power
A food vendor, we work with a few different ones. We endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements.
Licensed Bar, A well stocked bar offering refreshments, including soft drinks and hot drinks.
Toilet facilities, situated within the ‘Inner Harbour’ as close to the vessel as is possible/ desirable.
Doors open from 6:30pm for our evening performances. We open the venue an hour before every performance and will provide food and a licensed bar. People are also welcome to bring a bite to eat themselves so long as their wrappers aren’t too rustly and loud.
For those that have bought a ticket to the show, they are welcome to visit the harbour throughout the day (10.00am-5.00pm) and enjoy 50% off of their entrance to the harbour.
Tickets are for unreserved seats – when you arrive you will be shown to the next available seat. If you want to sit together as a group, please arrive together. All our seats have a good view of the stage and the sound is good throughout the venue. Please bring a cushion or blanket to sit on to make your show even more enjoyable.
Evenings can be cool, so warm clothing is often best even in mid-summer. Rain and adverse weather does not stop our performances. If it’s safe to do so, we carry on, so be prepared with appropriate clothing (no umbrellas).
There will be weather in which it is impossible to go ahead with the show. In this instance we will give enough warning of cancelation and offer full refunds to any cancelled tickets.
There is ample parking throughout the village in the form of three Public Car Parks, all situated close to the venue.
Unfortunately we cannot yet cater fully for those in wheel chairs. At present we do not offer hearing aid loops. As we grow as a venue we will continue to improve our access for all.
No dogs will be admitted to performances, apart from Guide Dogs
